Job Description:

RevCare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience with various data modules, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of SQL. As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to drive business insights and decision-making.

Availability: Immediate or within 15 days

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources.
• Good Analytical skills for data analysis and generation of reports
• Reconciliation of data and analysis.
• Experience using tools such as MS Excel or database technology to analyze, compare and map disparate data sets
• Integrate data from multiple platforms and databases.
• Develop algorithms and statistical models to extract meaningful insights.
• Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
• Present findings and trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop automated solutions for repetitive data-related tasks.
• Implement scripts and workflows to streamline data processing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with team to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Experience:

2 to 4 years professional experience

Preferred Education and Other Skill Sets:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or PG in Computer Science
• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Experience working with data modules and advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
